When it comes to our labels, there are a few important considerations to keep in mind:

1. Compatibility: Although the label size is 4"x6", our thermal printing labels are based on the gap between the labels to sense the printing position. Dymo printers, on the other hand, require a specific label paper and identify the label based on the holes between them. Since our labels do not have holes, they cannot be used with Dymo printers.

2. Preparation: Regardless of the machine, it is crucial to set up the label before use. This initiates the automatic identification of the label and ensures proper alignment. For example, Rollo printers require pressing and holding the feeder button until a beep is heard, after which new labels can be easily fed in from the back without opening the printer, reducing the risk of jams.

3. Automatic Recognition: Different brands of label size and production process may vary, and the machine needs to automatically identify the labels before printing. If the machine fails to recognize the label, there may be a risk of skipping pages or paper jams. Replacing the label paper with a different brand without auto-recognition can also result in the machine defaulting to the size of the last label used.

Our high-quality labels feature easy-to-tear perforations between them, making them simple to peel off. The adhesive is strong enough to adhere to corrugated cardboard and envelopes, while the labels are oil-proof, water-proof, and scratch-proof, ensuring the address information remains clear and complete during transportation.

Each stack contains 2,000 labels, totaling 4,000 labels. These labels are compatible with a wide range of direct thermal printers, including Zebra, Fargo, Elton, Datamax, Sato, Intermec, and NEX, among others. The use of fan-fold labels eliminates the need for frequent roll changes, saving you time and effort.
